What is Lean Coffee Portugal?
Lean Coffee Portugal is a non-profit community which, voluntarily, organize meetups and events in order to help drive Portugal into a reference in agile and lean. In the past few events we have been discussing themes like: Agile Business, Self-motivated Teams, Continuous Delivery, Scaling Agile, Geo Distributed Teams, KPI’s, etc.
